Yoga Day
21.06.2022 International Yoga Day was celebrated in the College. Students performed various yoga exercises in view of Yoga day.
PTA Meeting
09.07.2022 PTA meeting was held in the college. Resource persons Mr Girish Lecturer in Biology, Govt. Girls P.U. College, Hunsur and Sr Philomena Noronha Secretary UFES addressed the parents on the skills of parenting which was indeed motivating and beneficial.
International Drug Day
26.06.2022 International day against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking. To mark this day Scouts and Guides In-charge Mr Thimmaraj with Rovers participated in the rally giving awareness to the people of the locality.
Freshers Day
02.07.2022 Fresher’s Day was organized to welcome the new students by the seniors. Day was marked with colourful events and resource persons Dr Guruswamy R, HOD Kannada Department Urasu Degree College, Hunsur and Sr Bindu Elizabeth Deputy Secretary UFES enlightened the students through their inspirational talks.
Faculty Development Seminar
21.06.2022 Faculty Development Seminar 2022 was held in St Joseph Central School, Hunsur. Resource person Mr Yogesh addressed to the teaching staff on the role of teachers in the life of students. Staff of P.U. College attended this seminar.
Cabinet Election
16.07.2022 Cabinet Election was held for the year 2022-23 and Ministers for various portfolios were given charge to carry out their roles with responsibility and commitment
2022-2023
The Academic year of 2022-23 commenced for I & II year P.U. students. Scout Leader Training Course 06 to12.07.22 Mr Poornayogi K.K. History Lecturer participated in the Advanced Rover Scout Leader Training Course held at Besant Park, Doddaballapur, Bangalore Rural District
Orientation for the cabinet members
On 23-7- 2017 we had organized orientation program for the cabinet member. Students were motivated by the seminars on personality development, time management and leadership qualities through the resource persons sir. Laxmikanth, Sr. Milagrine D’Souza UFS and Sr. Anitha Menezes UFS respectively.
Debate completion
On 17-7- 2017 science club organized Debate competition On the Topic “Scientific advancement and technological development is a boon or bane”.32 students participated in the same.
Hand writing competition
On 15-07- 2017 hand writing competition was organized by the language clubs Kannada, English and Hindi respectively. A large number of students participated and bagged prizes.
